After a few years in the business, Leslie became acquainted with many women who had experienced the divorce process without proper financial planning. Whether their financial confidence was diminished due to their divorce, or they were uncomfortable taking over the financial decisions all on their own, Leslie’s compassionate, listening ear and her ability to put people at ease, combined with her financial experience, have enabled her to come up with custom roadmaps to help her clients retire comfortably and stay comfortably retired. Her focus is to assist post-divorce or widowed women with the next chapter in their financial lives.

Leslie understands the emotional hardship of those experiencing the end of a marriage or the loss of a loved one, as she has suffered through tragedies of her own. She knows how important it is to surround yourself with trusted advisors to help navigate life’s challenges. Leslie went through her own divorce with two young children in 1994, has been raising her granddaughter since 2011, and has recently helped her aging parents move into an assisted living facility.

Leslie graduated from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She has worked in the financial industry for most of her career while taking time off to raise her children and dabble in the home party industry. Her life experience coupled with her love of numbers and organization make her a unique find as a financial advisor.
